Mary K. O’Hara has been with Information Visualization and Innovative Research, Inc for over 7 years and is the Finance Manager.  She brings with her over 10 year’s experience in the administrative field working with several of the top local architectural firms.

Her responsibilities include overseeing all accounts receivable and payables, payroll and expense reports using the PROCAS (Accounting Software for Contractors) all being DCAA compliant.

She is highly knowledgeable of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (formally known as WAWF).  She recently attended the Federal Government Receivable and Research Bureau (FGRRB) the WAWF Wide Area Workflow Demo Lab.
