Catherine Strayhorn is a co-founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IVIR Inc. In addition to her CEO duties, Cathy uses her engineering background to assist the company in research and development technologies and business development. Cathy has over sixteen years of comprehensive experience in the medical simulation business and she is an aerospace engineer. She developed the MeTER soldier skills cognitive questions and psychomotor checklist and managed the Holographic Imaging Technology (HIT) program, Educational Analysis Test, and Evaluation program and is the Principal Investigator for the Joint En Route Care Training (JETS) System of Systems Architecture. Cathy is on the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) Corporate Council and the External Strategic Relations Committees.
