Bill Lewandowski, Chief Technology Officer, joined IVIR in 2018 to execute IVIR’s strategy for technology research and guide IVIR in system and software architecture. Bill has worked in software engineering primarily focused on modeling and simulation in Aviation and DoD as a senior developer or chief architect. He is the lead developer of JETS and was the lead architect for the Air Force Modeling & Simulation training toolkit.
